1. COACHING SESSION

I’ll break your complex nutritional goals into small, strategic daily practices that add up to massive body transformation. You’ll develop healthy habits that will stick with you for the rest of your life.

2. LIFESTYLE QUESTIONNAIRE

Upon sign-up, I will send you login details to your account and will ask you to complete the questionnaires. This will give me a clear picture of your overall health, nutritional history, and lifestyle. 

3. PLAN IN PROCESS

I will review your questionnaires and create your tailored Fithabit Coaching Plan to suit your individual needs. Meanwhile, you can download the app and get familiar with your dashboard.

4. READY TO KICK-START

Your official Fithabit Coaching Plan starts on Monday. You will start receiving daily lessons tailored to your needs. This is going to be a step-by-step coaching to make sure you stick with your plan and make a long lasting change.

5. SUBMIT THE RESULTS

You will need to enter results and feedback to your dashboard once each Phase is completed.  I will guide you all the way to success.

6. REAL MASTER
